Who we are?
A senior business leader with over 23 years of work experience in textile, energy and agricultural sectors, in various roles and functions of growing responsibility, including marketing, sales, product development and production optimization in textiles; supply chain development, project and corporate finance, contract negotiation, operational optimization in the energy sector. Extensive experience in leading teams of 300+ employees, developing performance measurement and compensation systems. Broad exposure to international clients and business partners. The only woman in Pakistan who headed a 200 MW Independent Power Plant (IPP), Nishat Chunian Power Ltd. (NCPL).
A silver medalist MBA graduate from LUMS, holding a BSc. in Electronics Engineering from GIK with Dean’s Honour List recognition, complemented by executive courses from prestigious institutions such as the London Business School, AOTS Japan, National University of Singapore, and the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. Currently, serving as an Independent Director at the Pakistan Mortgage Refinance Company, contributing to strategic governance and decision-making
